Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not been processed or shipped. Most orders are processed within 48 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Exceptions: Print-on-Demand (POD) and preorder inventory items cannot be canceled once payment is completed.

Order Delays

If an order does not show tracking updates for more than 60 days due to transit issues, customs delays, or other factors, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Delivered Orders

If tracking details show that an order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please provide a written confirmation from your local post office before we can process a refund or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement if the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence.

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, we will provide a full refund or replacement once clear proof of the issue has been submitted.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us for support. We will investigate the issue with the shipping provider and, if necessary, issue a refund or send a replacement.

Buyer’s Remorse (Change of Mind)

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or refunds for orders placed in error, changes of mind, or incorrect selections. However, if you made an error while ordering, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to assist you.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Bank Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
